Black girls all over the world are changing the face of technology. we are training 1 million girls by 2040 to lead, innovate and create in science, tech, engineering and math.

Our tech divas have a wide range of career aspirations – from engineering to artificial intelligence; from fashion to legal specialization.

BGC chapters are organized by talented, enthusiastic volunteer leaders who are working within the STEM field in a wide array of organizations including major tech companies and universities.

Each chapter works to draw in guest speakers – notable women where possible – who can relate their personal career journeys to the girls and field questions and clarify career perceptions.  Our programs are creative and vibrant, and parents and grandparents have opportunities to visit and learn from the girls each year

Many chapters have been in operation long enough to have alumni returning as graduate volunteers.

Girls 7-17 are catered for and many chapters find the 10-13-age-group the most popular.

Please contact us today with your questions or expressions of interest in our programs. Each chapter looks to expansion and always for relevant industry interactions and sponsors.
